Rede Dalben launches “live store” to make online shopping less impersonal

Project opened in June with partnership of Nestlé Professional chef who taught fondue recipes

The Dalben Supermercados chain found a solution to the complaints of some consumers that online shopping is impersonal and, for this reason, launched the “Live Store”. It was a live that featured the partnership of Nestlé Professional and chef Pedro Liberalesso, who showed in real time how to prepare the brand fondue with original recipes. 

The action focused on selling the 100 Nestlé fondue units intended for the action. In the project´s last edition, in June, users were able to enjoy free shipping or pick up at the Drive Thru of one of the Dalben units. The chain already plans new dates for other editions of the action in partnership with industry companies.
