Nuts, a Britvic’s new brand, arrives at Brazilian supermarkets with the goal of meeting the demand and expanding the average ticket in stores
Supermarkets already are able to offer to consumers a more accessible option of plant milk, a category that grew over 800% since 2015. The Nuts brand arrives at the gondolas with Britvic’s signature, a company that is expert in non-alcoholic beverages.
With an average price of R$ 8.50, the product starts with an advantage in relation to the competition, which usually sells the drink from R$12 to R$ 22. The new brand is available in the flavor options of almond and coconut, and is free of animal origin ingredients, lactose and cholesterol. This way, vegetarian, vegan and lactose intolerant consumers, will be able to contribute with the increase of the milk category’s average ticket in supermarkets.
