According to the APAS superintendent, Carlos Correa, this is the opportunity of supermarkets of all sizes to join
Marcas Campeãs campaign, that APAS has developed to all members, is about to start its 6th edition in 2021 with some innovations. Confirmed for the coming year, the action will have greater interaction between brands and consumers, as well as daily sweepstakes adding up to R$ 1 million in prizes. The main innovation is using an app to register receipts.
In order to make an efficient tool, APAS has developed an app exclusively for Marcas Campeãs. According to Carlos Correa, superintendent of APAS, all the logistics to deliver campaign material is coordinated by APAS. “Our expertise with the APAS Show is essential for negotiating with the industry”, stated Mr. Correa during the live broadcast made by SuperVarejo.
Among the advantages highlighted by the superintendent, there is the possibility for all members, regardless their business size, of performing a large campaign, with a differentiated communication. “To the customer’s eyes, supermarkets that participate in the Marcas Campeãs are seen as competitive companies, regardless of their size. All supermarkets are included”, said Mr. Correa.
After the registration phase, which APAS has started already among its members, the association’s commercial department will define a maximum of 40 companies. “The campaign’s focus is on valuing brands and, for that reason, there will be no competing companies in the same category”, explained Carlos Correa.
