Action is exclusive for “Prime” customers and it should last until the end of the year, due to the pandemic
In the face of the social isolation, Amazon’s operation in London, England, launched free delivery for supermarket orders made by “Prime” customers from the “Fresh” service. The action planning includes a maximum delivery time of two hours, only for orders over 40 pounds.
Moreover, to receive the order within two hours, the consumer must place the order before 9 PM, so it is possible to deliver the items on the estimated time. The company also reduced from 40 to 15 Pounds the minimum amount required for each order, and it is available for all “Prime” customers in the United Kingdom. The company expects to keep the action running until the end of 2020.
