In order to contribute with this goal, the technology company, Seal, has developed a tool that helps minimizing lines and crowds in Brazilian supermarkets. “Sem Fila” is low investment solution and of easy implementation, that operates the people flow management, in both inside and outside the point of sale.
There is no need of downloading the software in order to use it, since the software works with QR Code scanning, which is carried out over the consumer’s cell phone, limiting the number of people inside the store, and informing to all of those who are in the store, about the checkout lines. To the manager, the tool is able to inform the number of people in each line, the estimated waiting time, rush hour, customer profiles and the average ticket.
