Although supermarkets are having a larger percentage of online sales during the pandemic, keeping the stores sanitized is one the main measures of preventing coronavirus dissemination. Today, many stores have already included in their daily cleaning routine the regularly sanitizing of surfaces and, in order to support maintaining sanitation, the Checklist Fácil’s technology can contribute with the routine of supermarkets.
The tool is an electronic checklist software, in which the manager can create lists of tasks and plans of action to monitor sanitation processes. Checklist Fácil allows associates to prove their tasks by sending pictures and documents, in addition to register the geolocation of each one.
The technology also allows developing checklists as customers and associates body temperature control; sanitation protocols, personal protective equipment use; sanitizing of carts, baskets, shelves and exposed products; precautions in the kitchen; management of temporary leave of employees on the risk group; training; compliance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and other activities.
