Female consumers represent more than half of the interactions on the mobile platforms of the Group
The GPA’s applications add up to 10 million downloads to their banners, with over 15 million monthly visit on the Pão de Açúcar Mais and Clube Extra, in this scenario, women are the majority. Among 20 million users of the Clube Extra and Pão de Açúcar Mais rewards program, the majority are women, with 55% of accesses on the Pão de Açúcar Mais an 52% on the Clube Extra.
Launched two years ago, the Pão de Açúcar Mais app had so far more customers activating offers for special beers. On the other hand, on Clube Extra the most used discounts are for items such as milk and fuel. According to the GPA, the region with the highest use of discounts is São Paulo, with 50%, followed by Rio de Janeiro in second place with 16%. Ceará, Pernambuco and the Federal District appear with 4% each.
The GPA’s pioneering on the digital environment presents results that customers can celebrate. The “Meu Desconto” (my discount) program has generated over R$ 350 million in discounts, considering all customers who used Clube Extra and Pão de Açúcar Mais applications.
