The chain is investing in a new POS focusing on customer experience
Celebrating 45 years, Lopes Supermercados starts a new phase aiming at becoming closer to their customers. As part of this strategy, the chain launched a concept store in the city of Guarulhos, with a larger assortment and focus on customer experience.
In a modern ambience, new services are available, with self-service solutions such as “Click and Collect”. The action is a way to stimulate buying online and picking up at the store, with the goal of reducing lines and providing convenience to the customer. The chain also renewed the layout of two more stores in Guarulhos, in order to stimulate the interaction with the customer.
In addition to these changes, a great initiative by Lopes to celebrate the chain’s anniversary and creating connection with the local community, is the sponsorship of an urban art project: the West Side Gallery Itapevi, in Itapevi, in the west side of the Greater São Paulo. A 630-meters mural, graffitied by 18 guest artists, being half of them from the local area.
